"BONGO ROD" BUTLER
Host of “The Coconut Hut Radio Show”
rbutler@kcbi.org
God used a boy named David to take down a giant, winning a battle with a single stone. A little boy’s lunch became food for thousands. When the lamb lies down the lion—when God’s peaceful rule finally sweeps the globe—the Bible says a little child will be leading the way. Kids. They’re top priority. In God’s view of things, and of course, right here at 90.9 KCBI.
The Coconut Hut Radio Show, beginning as KidZone Radio in 2000, offers kids and families three hours of great programs, music, games and prizes, Saturday mornings from 7:00AM to 10:00AM. Jungle Jam airs at 7:00, followed by Adventures in Odyssey at 7:30, and then fun-filled, ministry-driven, LIVE, interactive radio with Bongo Rod and his Coconutty Buddies all the way up to 10:00. Kids 14 and under can win prizes, request songs, play games and talk to Bongo Rod by calling the Nutline Saturday mornings: 1-888-426-2688. But kids of all ages can listen, laugh and learn from God's Word, as only kids can share it.
