Robert Jeffress

Dr. Jeffress was called to be the Senior Pastor of First Baptist Dallas on August 12, 2007 by the congregation’s overwhelming confirmation. He began his ministry with the church on Sunday, September 16. He previously served as Senior Pastor of First Baptist Church of Wichita Falls, Texas.

Dr. Jeffress is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Baylor University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Communications. He earned a Master of Theology degree from Dallas Theological Seminary and a Doctor of Ministry degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He is the author of sixteen best-selling books including The Solomon Secrets, Hell? Yes!, Grace Gone Wild!, The Divine Defense, and his newest book Second Chance, Second Act.
