Business Relations Coordinator

KCBI is looking for a part-time Business Relations Coordinator. Duties include working alongside the Director of Business Relations to organize and manage business relations events, help develop and manage business partnerships, manage traffic orders and production, respond to Business Impact Partners and prospects.

Candidates must demonstrate the desire to work in a purpose-driven, Non-Profit Ministry, excel in customer service, proficient with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), have excellent writing skills and motivated to work with people. A willingness to learn new software programs such as Marketron and Rumple.  Working with and delivering Digital Content is also necessary. The position also requires an analytical problem solver who is very organized, cares about the details and thrives in a collaborative, results-based culture.

Digital Production Assistant

This position is designed primarily to assist the Digital Content Director in digital content production, including arranging shooting schedules, assisting with video shoots, editing video and audio, and scheduling content for publication.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Assist in the production of video and audio content, including camera and soundboard operation
  • Edit video + audio projects including importing and organizing media, editing footage and sound files, creating and inserting graphics, adding music/voice-over/sfx, managing media and finalizing output
  • Work with Digital Content Director to create video concepts that support marketing initiatives, campaigns and promotions
